Customer Care Representative – Now Hiring
We are a full service, residential roofing and electrical contractor serving Lancaster, Berks, Chester, York, and Lebanon counties. Currently we are in search of a Lead Customer Care Representative with great customer service skills, phone etiquette, with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- The Customer Care Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers.
- The CCR answers incoming calls and makes outgoing calls, Primary job task is booking service calls for both companies, process paperwork and resolving customer relations in a professional manner.
- As part of this responsibility, the CCR will interact with not only the customers but the field personnel, with dispatching, and managing both companies schedule board to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- A successful CCR must have the ability to function as a part of a team, independently, and be able to multitask in a busy work environment.
Education
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Qualifications
- Driver’s license
- Previous sales experience (preferred 1+ year in-home sales)

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers
- Work from supplied warm leads
- In home visits with potential customers
- Cold call prospecting occasionally
- Complete and maintain reports
- Conduct research to find potential customers
- Demonstrate products to customers
- Be comfortable with meeting personal revenue goals
- Educate and offer products / services to existing customers and prospects

Service Technician – Now Hiring!
We are a full service residential roofing, windows, door, and siding company servicing Lancaster, Berks, Chester, York, and Lebanon counties. Currently we are in search of a Roofing Service Technician with great customer service skills, can diagnose roofing and exterior issues, can clearly communicate the right solution to the homeowner, and perform the needed work. Industry experience in roofing, windows, siding, and doors preferred but not required. We can train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve problems on roofing/exterior home systems
- Sell, install and maintain roof repairs and maintenance
- Travel to conduct service work in 5 county area
- Communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners
- Complete and maintain reports
Education
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
